We recommend placing your catering order at least 3-4 days in advance. For larger orders (50+ people), we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance.

We have two options for event catering:

Drop Off: Food comes disassembled for your guests' self-service. Delivery and set-up fee based on distance (starting at $25). 

Event Service: Saus staff assembles and serves guests on-site. Contact us for pricing. 50 person minimum.

CORPORATE CATERING OPTIONS

SANDOS/SALADS (MIN. 20 PPL)
$9.25 / person

Individual portions. Sandwich comes on a buttered Central Bakery bun, Salad option comes on our house kale salad. Sandwiches and salads come dressed with fixings and parsley vinaigrette; plus squeeze bottles of sauces for you to dress yourself.

 

UPGRADE SANDOS/SALADS (MIN. 25 PPL)
$11.25 / person

Same options but comes with all of our sauces to dress your sandwiches- 15 sauces total.

 

CRISPY CHICKEN
Beer brined chicken breast + scallion slaw + dill pickles, House Mayo

KIMCHI FRIED CHICKEN (CONTAINS PEANUTS)
Beer battered thigh + kimchi + bread n' butter pickles, Just Ranch

VEGGIE BURGER (CONTAINS CASHEWS) (VEGAN IF ON SALAD OR NON-BUTTERED BUN)
Farro, fava beans, kale, corn patty + scallion slaw + dill pickles + sliced tomato + cheddar + Secret Saus

PORK CARNITAS
Braised and griddled pork + onion n’ cilantro + pickled chilis, Roasted Garlic

 

A LA CARTE

LARGE SALAD $25
80-oz. kale salad, topped with chopped cucumbers and a cashew crumble, with parsley vinaigrette on the side. Serves about 10.

PICKLE PINT $8
Pint of dill or bread n' butter pickles. Serves about 4.

SERIOUS SLAW  $8
Pint of apple cabbage or scallion slaw. Serves about 4.

DRINKS $2.50 / person
Choice of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Bottled water, or Cucumber Seltzer.

Sweet dessert waffle made with pearl sugar
Dessert bar comes with squeeze bottles of sauces to dress yourself.
Included sauces: salted caramel, strawberry jam, chocolate peanut butter, coconut custard
