Saus was founded by three local university grads who were ousted from their company due to the 2008 recession. With the help of their friends and family, they were able to fulfill their shared dream of opening up a teeny tiny restaurant.
In 2018, we opened our second location in Somerville.
Nestled within Bow Market in Union Square, our second baby (affectionately coined Saus at Bow Market) is the same core menu but 100% vegetarian. Anything can be made vegan, upon request.
