FAQ

Do you have parking?
There are several parking garages in the area. We validate for the Parcel 7 Garage above Haymarket. The garage is located on the corner of New Sudbury Street and Congress Street. You can enter on through Sudbury Street side (one-way). Bring your parking ticket into the restaurant and we'll validate it: $1/hr up to 3 hours. Validation expires after 3 hours and then it's full price baby. 

Do you take reservations?
We don't. We're fast-casual counter service! All our tables are available on a first come first serve basis, including our seasonal outdoor patio seating.

Is your patio dog friendly?
Sadly, the city of Boston requires us to treat our patio seating as an extension of our dining room. Which means it is not dog friendly. 

I tried to order online but it says you're closed. What now?
If we are especially busy, we turn off our online ordering so we can focus on the crowd in front of us. If our online ordering is off, you're welcome to brave the crowds to order in person. Or wait for another day when we are better equipped to pay attention to our third-party delivery partners.

What’s gluten-free?
Several menu items can be made gluten-free but nothing on our menu is truly celiac safe. Our fries are fried in their own dedicated fryer to keep them as gluten-free as possible, however, cross-contamination occurs and is inevitable. You can request our gluten-free menu when you get to the counter.

What about peanuts and other allergens?
We have peanuts on the premises and can not guarantee zero cross-contamination. We also have full ingredient lists available for every menu item. Upon request at the counter. Keep scrolling down for more allergen info!

Why don’t you have [xyz] item anymore?
We love to change up our menu and keep it fresh for our regulars. We do bring back old favorites from time to time as specials. Keep an eye on our social media @saus_boston for announcements!

Does Saus cater?
We do! You can see our catering options here. For the time being, our current catering menu only includes food that is served at our Downtown Boston location. Our Bow Market menu is available for catering orders only if the event is being hosted within Bow Market. Please contact Tanya at twalker@sausboston.com with specific Bow Market catering needs.

Problem with your GrubHub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash delivery?

Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery experience. We also do not process your payment and, therefore, can not issue a refund. Please contact the third-party app you ordered from. Good luck!
